Buy an InkJar system and you can use the illustrations in almost anything you make, including work you charge money for. The one thing you can't do is pass the assets on for somebody else to design with.
That's the whole idea. Everything below is the detail.

The Standard License
Buying an InkJar system gives one person a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the assets in unlimited personal, commercial, and client projects: apps, websites, marketing, presentations, social media, print, and video — including products you charge money for.
You can
- Modify, recolor, and combine the assets.
- Take the components apart. Ungrouping, detaching, recoloring and recombining InkJar components inside your own work is expressly permitted at every tier — that is what a component system is for, and doing it never by itself needs a different license.
- Use them in client work, and in end products your customers pay for.
You can't
- Pass on the source library — the Figma file, the components and their variants, the organised system itself. Each designer needs their own seat.
- Sell, give away, or bundle the assets as assets: no packs, templates for sale, UI kits, or marketplace listings containing InkJar assets.
- Include them in a website builder, app builder, or white-label product where your users select or export the illustrations. That's the Extended license.
- Use them as machine-learning training data.
- Sell merchandise where an unmodified InkJar illustration is the primary value of the item.
What you can hand a client
Anything you have made. Finished designs, flattened images, and exported files including SVG, PDF and EPS. Exports are yours to deliver, and that includes files a client could technically reopen.
What needs its own seat is the source library — the Figma file, the components and their variants, and the organised system itself.
The short version: giving somebody the library is giving them a license to draw with. Giving them an export is giving them the drawing. The first needs a seat. The second doesn't.
Team and Extended
Team License — the same terms, for up to five named seats within one organization. Ten or more, contact us.
Extended License — everything above, plus end products where your users can select, export, or otherwise obtain InkJar assets as assets: builders, white-label platforms, design libraries offered to customers outside your own organization, and templates offered for sale.
Extended does not permit repackaging the assets as a standalone library, or running something that works as an illustration marketplace. Nothing does.
The question that decides the tier: is InkJar being used to make something, or is InkJar itself being offered as something for somebody else to use? Making things is Standard. Offering InkJar onward as a resource is Extended.
The free packs
The Free Sample Pack and the Starter pack are licensed under the Standard License above, at no charge, for one person, with two differences.
First, they carry no support commitment.
Second, you may not redistribute the assets themselves — as editable components, vector files, or any form somebody else could reuse as a design resource — including inside a free-resource roundup, a template offered for sale, or a Figma Community file that isn't ours.
Work you make with them is yours to sell and share freely, including finished designs, flattened output, and products you charge for. The restriction is on passing on the assets, never on the work.
If you later buy a paid tier, everything you have already made with the free packs falls under that tier's terms.
Where this license applies
These terms govern the rights InkJar grants in InkJar assets, however you obtained them: from inkjar.in, from Gumroad, or from an InkJar file on Figma Community. A hosting platform's own terms may apply separately to your use of that platform. Obtaining InkJar assets from any source we did not publish grants no license at all.
The InkJar Perspective Fix plugin is a free tool, not an asset, and is not covered by this license. It is distributed on Figma Community under Figma's own terms, as-is, with no support commitment. Installing or using the plugin grants no rights in InkJar assets; assets used with it remain governed by this license.
Ownership, and what happens if you outgrow your license
Assets remain the intellectual property of InkJar. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold.
If you exceed your license, the fix is simple: upgrade, and pay the difference on what you already paid. We don't do gotchas, and we would rather have the conversation than the argument.
No warranty
The assets are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InkJar makes no warranty that the assets are fit for any particular purpose, and does not warrant that they do not infringe any third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InkJar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data, and InkJar's total liability arising from this license is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Symbols we didn't draw
Many L0 symbols are based on Tabler Icons, an open-source icon set released under the MIT License. Nothing on this page restricts the rights that license gives you.
Those symbols are identified by their Tabler slug, shown next to the symbol in the Figma file and listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, which ships with every download. You can redistribute them, including on their own, on MIT's terms — the copyright and permission notice has to stay with them when you do.
L0 symbols with no Tabler slug were drawn by us. This license covers them in full, along with every other InkJar illustration and component.
The remaining legal bits
If any provision of this license is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
This license is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Where mandatory local consumer law applies to you, it prevails over anything inconsistent here.
